Out of Hours and Emergencies

In a life threatening emergency or when early admission to hospital is desirable you should call 999 for an ambulance.

Emergencies within Normal Working Hours

Our duty doctor will be available for advice from 8am-6pm Monday to Friday.

Outside Normal Working Hours

The practice is closed weekends from 18:00 Friday – 08:00 Monday; and also Christmas Day, Boxing Day and the 1st and 2nd January. If you require urgent medical attention during these times please contact

Minor Injuries Unit

Patients are to phone the flow Centre number directly to access Minor Injury assessment.

Patients who meet the inclusion criteria below will initially be offered a Video Consultation (VC) if they have a smartphone or a Face to Face appointment if they do not.  Following a VC consultation the Nurse Practitioner will either give the patients self-care advice or book a face to face appointment.
